At Diving Sports Canada, we provide premium scuba diving gear rental in Vancouver and freediving equipment rental in British Columbia, specifically designed for cold-water diving conditions.
Our rental equipment is used across Vancouver dive sites like Whytecliff Park, Porteau Cove, and Howe Sound. We maintain a modern, high-quality rental fleet that is professionally serviced, sanitized, and replaced every year to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
Whether you are scuba diving or freediving, our complete rental packages provide everything you need for a safe, comfortable, and reliable dive in BC waters.
Scuba Diving Rental Packages:
- Scuba Drysuit Package: Trilaminate drysuit, 7mm hood, jacket BCD, regulator, aluminum 80 tank, and weights.
- Scuba Wetsuit Package: 7mm wetsuit, 7mm hood, jacket BCD, regulator, aluminum 80 tank, and weights.
Freediving Rental Packages:
- Freediving Wetsuit Package: 7mm closed-cell two-piece wetsuit, mask, fins, weight belt, and weights.
- Freediving Training Buoy Setup: Professional buoy system including rope, pulley, lanyards, and bottom plate.
Our packages are designed for cold-water scuba diving and freediving in Vancouver, giving you a complete setup without the hassle of renting items individually.
Scuba & Freediving Equipment Rental Policy
Rental Terms
- All rentals are based on a 24-hour period (1 day).
- Proof of certification is required for BCD, drysuit, regulator, and tanks.
- A valid photo ID and credit card are required.
- Rental fees must be paid in full at pickup.
- Please arrive at least 2 hours before closing.
- Late returns after 12:00 PM incur an extra rental day.
- Renter is responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
- Tanks must be returned with 500 PSI minimum or a $45 inspection fee applies.
Pickup & Return
Pickup: After 3:00 PM the day before
Return: Before 12:00 PM the following business day
Refund Policy
No refunds for weather, early returns, or unused equipment.
Drysuit Rental
A Drysuit Certification is required.
If not certified, you must complete a
PADI Drysuit Specialty Course
before renting.
