Products Availability

Yes! All the items are in stock in our store and ready to be shipped the same business day for orders placed before 2 pm. Currently unavailable items are marked as “out of stock” online.

Yes! At checkout, you can simply select the "In-Store Pickup" option if you would like to collect your order from our store. Full payment is required in order to secure your items as we will not hold anything without the payment being received.

If you are looking for an item that we do not have in stock, we can special order it for you from the manufacturer. This is called “special order”.
Special orders can be exchanged but not refundable.

Pre Sale Questions

We offer our customers a 30-day return policy. Please go to our Returns Policy page for more information.

We always ship with Canada Post using the expedited service. Delivery times depend on your shipping address. If you would like to upgrade, additional postage costs will be applied.

We are open Monday through Sunday and ship orders every one of these days. If your order is placed before 2 pm PST, your order will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day.

We have a $15 flat rate shipping cost across Canada. Order anytime and as much as you want for just $15 with same day shipping before 2pm!
Shipping fees to the Continental United States will be calculated at checkout. Extra shipping fees may apply when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Within Canada, there will be no additional costs. However, for orders placed from the United States, there may be additional taxes or import duties imposed at the receiver’s end.
Diving Sports Canada is not liable for these charges and it is up to the customer to liaise with Customs regarding their delivery.

If your order has not been shipped out then we are able to cancel the order, however, please make sure you call us as soon as possible on +1 604 694-1886 and quote your order reference.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped then we will be unable to cancel it. However, we do offer a 30 day returns policy.

In order to offer the best customer service experience, orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. We will try our very best in order to change your order as long as your items have not been shipped already.

You can pay by Credit Card at the online checkout.

If you order is placed Monday through Sunday before 2 pm PST, you will receive your tracking number confirmation within the end of the day.
If your order is placed after 2 pm PST or on holidays, you will receive your tracking number confirmation the next operating day.
